Poor quality of work, they never show up and when they do its only 2 hours once or twice a week. My building fell down in the process of them putting it up. The building leaks and he quit before the job was done. Joe Ross is the owner and he took my money and ran. It was started in November of 2010 and its now September of 2011 and its not even half done. I hope no one else has to go through what we have.
Joe Ross, DBA R and R Roofing and Construction, got a down payment from us July 2, 2011, to build a garage. He said he would start the job July 15 and have it done in 2 weeks. He also said he would have the material delivered the week of July 4th. No material was ever delivered and we did not hear anything at all from Joe for 3 weeks – he would not return phone calls and only contacted us after I made a trip to his residence. The work he did was sub-par and he worked only 3 or 4 days and never more than 4 hours per day. We never saw ANY material and have not received ANY of our down payment back even though he has promised to return it in FULL SEVERAL times. Please be forewarned – I wish I had found a post like this before I gave this guy any money.
Joe Ross dba R & R Roofing & Construction took downpayments for two jobs in our town. He did not provide the materials that the downpayments were for and he did not do the work promised. Both had to be turned over to Small Claims Court and no money has been returned to us. So be warned – DO NOT become involved with this company !!
