THIS IS A CROOK, LIAR, AND CHEATER. Filed bankruptcy not 1, not 2, but 3 times, Dubuque & Clayton County. Bilked homeowners out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and has served no jail time. Switches names to hide his activities under at least 2 different names, maybe more, Advanced Custom Builders and Jeff Noack Construction.
RUN FROM THIS CROOK! Totally concur with John. The businesses and people impacted by this one crook is overwhelming. Jeff Noack Construction and Advanced Custom Builders are covers for his criminal activities. Thanks to Ralph Potter, county attorney for Dubuque County, he is allowed to continue on and get away with this thievery.
This crook stole over $14,000 from me through hiring me and not paying for my services. How is it not a crime to steal from home owners and other contractors? Jeff has moved from Dubuque and is now stealing from people in Davenport. I had that the laws in our country protect these white collar crimes. Please help me get this guy thrown in prison!
